Property Management Service Manager
Daniel M. Lethbridge joined Allegro in 2025 as a Property Management Service Manager. He collaborates closely with the Director of Property Management to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics while leading and coordinating Allegro’s maintenance team. Daniel oversees vendor relations, reviews contracted work for quality and compliance, and prepares RFP scopes of work for capital projects. He implements and tracks annual preventative maintenance plans across all communities and supports Allegro’s commitment to property upkeep, safety, and budgetary accountability. Daniel also facilitates ongoing team development through coaching, mentoring, and consistent communication, and completes general maintenance requests as needed.
