    Hiring Process


    Making a career move is a big change. We want to ensure the right fit on both sides, set clear expectations, and give you the opportunity to get to know some of the Allegro employees through meaningful conversions.

    You’ll first meet with our Human Resources team and Hiring Manager over the phone. We use the GWC (Gets It, Wants It, Has the Capacity) model to assess your core value fit. We’ll also discuss things like your skill set and high-level salary requirements.

    If both parties agree to move forward in the process, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with some of our team members through in-person interviews. We’ll continue to discuss your skill set on a deeper level, further assess core value and cultural fit, and educate you on our company and the work that we do. We welcome answering any and all of your questions!

    If you are hired, we’ll complete ongoing performance reviews to check in and ensure that we are supporting you in meeting your professional goals.
