Alan Arancibia joined Allegro in 2021 after having worked in economic development, city planning, and corporate site selection.
In his previous roles, he facilitated business attraction and retention through the use of public incentives programs and identified sites on behalf of clients across the country. He assisted clients on a wide variety of real estate projects including relocation analysis, site due diligence, and valuations.
At Allegro, Alan has delivered corporate tenant representation across the United States and throughout South America, Europe, and Asia. In addition to his transaction work, he has executed portfolio optimization and review for his clients. Through his real estate consulting work, Alan has negotiated over $6MM in incentives on behalf of local and multinational corporate clients. He works closely with the consulting practice team at Allegro to identify, review, and close on sites across the country.
