Michael Davies joined Allegro in 2024 and oversees the Project Management Services line.
Davies brings more than 25 years of experience and expertise to Allegro with an impressive portfolio of high-value project management and construction projects across various industries. Notable projects include the Cleveland Ritz Carlton Hotel room and corridor renovation, Higbee Historic building restoration and Greater Cleveland Growth Association (GCP) build-out, the manufacturing facility build-out for Hana Technologies, The Oswald Company, and the four-year restoration of Terminal Tower's exterior façade. His experience extends beyond renovations and build-outs to ground-up construction projects like the Universal Windows Direct headquarters and Lee Harvard Shopping Center.
Michael’s vast experience, versatility, and ability to manage projects of varying scopes, sizes, and complexities ensures all Allegro client projects —whether build-outs, renovations, or new construction —are completed on time and within budget.
