Nate leads Allegro's Portfolio Advisory practice, overseeing a team of managers and associates deployed across the firm's corporate accounts. He is the primary advisor to clients managing commercial real estate portfolios across domestic and international markets, with work spanning tenant representation, portfolio strategy, and real estate consulting across office, industrial, and retail asset classes.

Nate holds the SIOR designation, awarded exclusively to the most experienced and accomplished commercial real estate practitioners in the world, with dual specialization in office and industrial markets. Membership connects him to an elite global network of brokers and consultants that extends and deepens Allegro's reach across domestic and international markets. He is an active member and regular conference participant.

Early in his career, Nate gained experience in the Debt Management department at Forest City Enterprises (now Brookfield Corporation), reporting on an $8 billion mortgage portfolio, before spending several years in commercial mortgage brokerage and contributing to the placement of over $650 million in debt financing.

Nate resides in Fairview Park with his wife, Nina. Outside the office, he enjoys golf and travel, and is a member of the St. Ignatius Alumni Association's Service Committee and the First Tee – Cleveland Ambassadors Committee.
