    Avalution Consulting Hired Allegro to Identify Property to Meet Their Growing Needs



    Avalution Consulting, a risk management company, was growing and needed new space. Multiple years ago, as a start-up, they turned to Allegro to identify the most cost effective real estate solution for their young company. A few years later, the growth had not dissipated, and they desired a new creative office environment which would attract young talent, be easily accessible to their existing workforce, and be financially feasible for the growing company. They again turned to Allegro for best-in-class real estate expertise.


    Allegro helped Avalution to determine the ideal site selection criteria. Allegro then conducted market research and screening to identify a long list of properties which could meet the client’s needs. The search focused on creative office space in the Playhouse Square and Warehouse Districts in downtown Cleveland.  Allegro worked with the client to evaluate the properties, narrow the list to a short list, tour properties, develop an RFP, and solicit proposals. Allegro evaluated the proposals quantitatively and qualitatively and conducted negotiations with the short list prospects. Once the client determined the optimal new location, Allegro facilitated the lease negotiation and legal documentation and managed the closing process. 

    Allegro led Avalution through a successful site selection process which led to the client occupying space which met its operational, financial, and cultural objectives.
