MCPc Inc., a prominent technology solutions provider based in Cleveland, Ohio and a long-standing Allegro client, needed a new space to accommodate the growth of their cyber security platform. The client sought a facility that could house offices as well as a Network Operations Center (NOC). In order to establish such a highly-specialized and high-tech space in this rapidly evolving industry, Allegro had to work quickly and efficiently to prevent competition from gaining an advantage.
Allegro guided MCPc in the consideration of various options, including the option to consolidate spaces with other company business lines. After thoughtful consideration and analysis, MCPc opted to lease 20,000 sq. ft. in the newly constructed Link59 Development in Midtown. Link59 is an 11-acre campus located in the center of Cleveland’s Health-Tech corridor. MCPc will benefit from the property’s Midtown location and its proximity to University Circle and downtown. The new space boasts a view of the city, free parking, and on-site food services. As part of the lease negotiations, the development company agreed to execute the interior build-out, ultimately offering MCPc a move-in ready space that meets all of their needs.
