Maria Piecenski leads Allegro’s Property Management practice, overseeing day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of assets. She works closely with ownership teams, on-site staff, and internal departments to deliver results aligned with Allegro’s core values: putting clients first, doing it right, being dependable, and always improving. Prior to joining the Allegro team, Maria held leadership roles overseeing multimillion-dollar assets across Northeast Ohio, with a specialization in the redevelopment and stabilization of luxury multifamily communities. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building systems that support both people and performance, and fostering trusted client relationships.
