Mark has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. His diverse real estate background includes knowledge of property management, facilities management, asset management, construction management, commercial mortgage banking, commercial title services, and commercial leasing. His areas of expertise include property operations, budgeting, financial analysis, real estate tax appeals, construction management, leasing, and tenant relations.

Mark’s role as Asset Manager at Allegro Realty Advisors has given him the opportunity to utilize his diverse real estate background. He is currently responsible for managing all of Allegro’s Facilities Management accounts and plays an active role in developing and growing the Facilities Management business line.

Previously, in his role as Vice President of Asset Management for a regional property management/investment firm, Mark was responsible for management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the entire commercial real estate portfolio, consisting of twenty two properties in five states.  He was actively involved in property budgets, CAM reconciliations, lease analysis, real estate tax appeals, property financial analysis, tenant relations and lease renewals.  He also coordinated and managed all tenant construction projects, managed the entire property operations team and all third party service providers.

Prior to that, Mark was the Northeast Ohio Regional Operations Director for the Cleveland office of a large publicly traded National Industrial REIT.  In that position Mark led the property management and operations group in Cleveland with responsibility for the property operations team and management of over 2 million square feet of industrial property in 26 buildings located in Northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the REIT, Mark was Vice President of Leasing and Operations at a local commercial real estate investment firm with a diversified commercial real estate portfolio of office, medical office, flex and mixed use properties in Northeast Ohio.  His responsibilities included oversight of all property operations functions, accounting, leasing, tenant renewals, construction management, financial analysis and real estate tax appeals.
